Fair Oaks subdivision is secluded and convenient to shopping and very close to Shelby County. The neighbors are just great and the overall lifestyle is what retirement is all about.

To say that we have been pleased with our FaxonGillis home is an understatement. Coming from California, we were not used to the number of available options and floor plans offered by FaxonGillis. The base level carpet, vinyl floors, and cabinetry were all of high quality and would have been third or fourth level upgrades in California, costing a LOT of extra cash.
